Cheer for Life benefits American Cancer Society

Recently the MHS Cheer and Dance Team held their annual youth “Cheer for Life” Cheer & Pom Clinic. More than 80 kids participated and wrapped up the camp by cheering and performing at the varsity football game on Friday, Oct. 9, at Jay Stadium. A collection for cancer was taken during the game from the Bluejay fans and Mosinee fans. The Cheer and Dance Team collected $500 from the fans. All the money was donated to the American Cancer Society.
Raffle Winners from the Cheer and Dance Team $50 Raffle Fundraiser drawn on Sept. 26 at the MHS Homecoming game were: $2,500, Sherri Schultz; $1,000, Barb Jakubek; $750, Ed Poock; $500, Judie Arneson; $250, Suzy Hiter; $200, John Brost; $150, Karie Bebroux & John Koenig; $100, Linda Anderson, Zac Campbell, Katherine Rosengren, Linda Predeth & Scott Gomoll.
