Zumba Gold classes offered at Merrill Karate Club

Zumba Gold classes are being offered at Merrill Karate Club Center of Martial Arts on Tuesday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. beginning Feb. 5. Merrill Karate Club is located at 913 E. Main St. in the former Guys Shop building.

Zumba Gold is a cardio-based dance fitness class designed specifically for active older adults and beginning exercisers of all ages. The easy-to-follow low-impact moves are done to Latin music.

Everyone is welcome and no pre-registration is required. The fee for each class is $4. Classes will be taught by Jane Francoeur, a licensed Zumba Gold instructor.
