The Lincoln County Veterans Council will hold their annual Veterans Day Free Meal on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Northwoods Veterans Post, 601 Johnson St. in Merrill.

Veterans are invited to attend, and they may bring one guest, but RSVPs are required. Please RSVP as soon as possible. The RSVP cutoff date is Oct. 25. Seats are limited and reservations will be cut off when capacity is reached. Sign up at the Northwoods Veterans Post or call Bill Burcalow at 715.612.7118.
This fun night out is offered every year around Veterans Day and was created as a way to just say thank you to Lincoln County residents who served in the armed forces.

Fundraising to cover the cost of the meal is off to a great start thanks to a major donation from Incredible Bank. To help honor and say thank you to local veterans, make a donation. Donations can be made in person at Incredible Bank in Merrill or Tomahawk. Checks can also be mailed to: Incredible Bank, 3210 E.
