Primary election results

The results of the Feb. 20, 2024, Spring Primary Election in Merrill are in. Merrill City Clerk’s office reported turnout was about 10%.
Scott Doerr and Lori Anderson-Malm were the two candidates with the most votes in the Lincoln County Board District 2 race. They will now face off against each other on the April 2 ballot in the Spring General Election.
Likewise, Rebecca Rutkowski and Renea Frederick were the two candidates with the most votes in the City of Merrill race for District 8 Alderperson. They will face off against each other on the April 2 ballot, as well.
