Paul Deron Kudick, age 58, of the town of Scott, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, October 28, 2024. He was born on May 20, 1966 to the late Ralph Kudick and Virginia Henrichs in Merrill. Paul attended and graduated from Merrill High School, which is where he met and fell in love with his high school sweetheart, Kathy Biller. They were united in marriage on April 8, 1986 in Merrill. She survives. Paul enlisted in the United States Air Force and proudly served his country until his honorable retirement from the military, serving almost 22 years. He was a patriotic man that loved his country.
Paul was a journeyman at Mitchell Metals, and was currently an engineer at Merrill Tool and Water Jet. He was a skilled woodworker and was proud of his brand, Grain Bin Wood Crafting, where he would design and craft ink pens out of all types of materials, including antlers. They were unique and thoughtful gifts that he would share with his family and friends. You could always find Paul out in his workshop working on something; he was always busy! He was a perfectionist, a strong-willed man and was well-loved by many. Paul was an animal lover and enjoyed his cats. He was an active member of the V.F.W. Post 1638 in Merrill, serving as a past junior vice commander and he enjoyed being the Bingo caller. Paul will be missed, but his love and memories will remain forever.
Paul leaves behind his wife: Kathy Kudick, sons: Andrew Kudick (Shelby) and Nicholas (Heather) Kudick, grandchildren: Oliver and Elowyn and his brother: Robin (Martha) Kudick, as well as many good friends and neighbors.
