The Merrill City Band is extending its season another week after two concerts were rained out. The season will now go until Aug. 12, 2026. The band plays every Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at Normal Park. The programs include a variety of tunes, including marches, polkas, rock, musicals, swing, and more. Cub Scout Pack #503 sells concessions, and HAVEN sells delicious popcorn. The concerts are free and open to all. Grab a lawn chair or blanket and come out to hear the sounds of a concert band in the park.
