Medal Winner At Badger State Winter Games

Merrill's own Cole Matz competed in the 25th Annual Badger State Winter Games. Matz competed in Archery and earned a Gold Medal in the Animal Round- Junior Bowhunter-Release group with a score of 279. He also collected a Silver Medal in the 300 Round-Bowhunter-Release group with a score of 285. Cole is an avid outdoorsmen and hopes to hone his skills and pursue a career in the field after high school.
