On Friday, Jan. 10, the trade show with banquet and awards will start at 4 p.m. Saturday’s activities will run from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. The trade show will run all day. Guest speaker on Saturday morning is a sugar maker and director of Cornell University's Uihlein Forest in Vermont. In the afternoon, there will be an auction of maple equipment, along with breakout sessions on and about making maple syrup.
