Posted
Deputies responding to a report of a possible break in at a Town of Harrison cabin took a 39-year old Oconomowoc man into custody Tuesday morning.

A neighbor reported a suspicious vehicle at a seasonable cabin on Bear Trail Road. When deputies checked they found the registered owner of the vehicle, Allen J. Kienast, was wanted by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for probation violation. Kienast was found inside the cabin sleeping.

Deputies learned he used forced entry to get into the building. The cabin owner was contacted and he declined to press charges as Kienast ia a relative,

Kienast was brought to the Lincoln County Jail on the warrant and held.
