Lundin celebrates 50 years with Rotary Club of Merrill

Fred Lundin just celebrated 50 years as a member of the Rotary Club of Merrill on Nov. 1, 2024. He was recognized at the club’s regular meeting held at the Eagles Club.
Throughout his tenure, Lundin has served in all major leadership roles in the Rotary Club. Most recently, he was the District Treasurer. Lundin’s historical knowledge of the club is always enlightening and interesting, club members said, and he is a valued member of the club.
In recognition of his 50th Anniversary, Lundin made a sizable donation to the scholarship fund for the Rotary Club of Merrill. These funds provide annual scholarships to local students bound for college and technical school.
Lundin’s career was always in finance. Although semi-retired, he continues to give back to the financial world. He is a CPA, as well as a forensic accountant, and he remains a very active member of the Merrill Rotary Club.
Lundin is in charge of wine selection for Rotary Uncorked 2025, coming up on Feb. 1, 2025.
