To the Editor:
The 2026 Love the Littles Diaper Drive is complete, and we are overwhelmed by the generosity of the Merrill community. Donations of diapers, baby wipes, and monetary donations more than doubled the amount of donations made last year. This will keep the shelves stocked for months to come.
Love the Littles Diaper Closet volunteers would like to express their deep appreciation to all those who helped get the word out about the drive, the 12 businesses that allowed collection boxes at their sites, and especially to the many members of the Merrill community who dropped off or sent in their donations. The real winners are the families in Merrill who can pick up diapers and adult products when they need a little extra help, no questions asked.
If you missed the Drive, you may still drop off or send contributions to Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 300 Logan St., Merrill, indicating it is for the Diaper Closet.

The Diaper Closet is open the second Tuesday of every month from 3 to 5 p.m. and the fourth Saturday of every month from 9 to 11 a.m. It is located at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church across from Prairie River Middle School.
In appreciation,

- Brenda Mueller, Coordinator,
Love the Littles Diaper Closet at
Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church

Merrill, Wis.
