On Jan. 23, 2025, the EMU Bluejacks played Wisconsin Rapids in a conference game at Marathon Park. Wisconsin Rapids kicked things off with the first goal in the first period, and the Bluejacks came back with a goal by Liam Zdroik with an assist from Kanin Jahnke. Then it was back to Rapids where they scored another three consecutive points, putting Rapids up 4-1 at the end of the first period.
In the second period, Wisconsin Rapids came on strong again and put up another two points before the EMU Bluejacks successfully landed another goal 14.35 in.
In the third period, the Bluejacks scored their third and final goal of the game just over 7 minutes in, but Wisconsin Rapids came back with another goal to take the win 7-3. Connor Burton and Chase Klebenow each had a turn at the Goalie position, with Burton making 26 saves and Klebenow making 28.

On Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, the EMU Bluejacks played host to Cedarburg for a non-conference game at the Merrill Area Recreation Complex. The game was a close one, going into overtime before it was all said and done. First Cedarburg came out with the lead, firing two goals into the net in rapid succession about five minutes into the first period. Then the Bluejacks evened things up in the second period with two goals, first a goal by Ryker Remington with an assist from both Jackson Pierce and Kanin Jahnke, and then a goal by Zach Pagel with an assist from Brody Benedict. But Cedarburg came right back minutes later with another score, going into the third period with the lead 3-2.
In the third period, EMU evened up the score 3-3 at 15:03 into the period when Brody Klebenow made a goal with an assist from Nick Bodner. The tie put the game into overtime where Cedarburg scored 44 seconds in to take the win 4-3. EMU Goalie Chase Klebenow made 42 saves in the game, including 2 in overtime.
