Drug bust in town of Merrill

On Jan. 11, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office along with the Merrill Police Department and Taylor County Sheriff's K9 served a search warrant on a rural property in the town of Merrill. Recovered in the search warrant were stolen guns, several thousand dollars in cash and approximately 1/2 pound of marijuana.

Kevin M. Jaeger, 47, was arrested on charges of possession of over 200 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver, receiving stolen property, maintaining a drug trafficking house and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will have an initial appearance in Lincoln County Court on Thursday.
