Moore is April Youth Optimist at PRMS

Noah Moore, eighth grader at Prairie River Middle School (PRMS), has been named April Youth Optimist. He was nominated by Mr. Jason Wadzinski, who wrote, “I’ve been so impressed with Noah this school year. Noah does an excellent job in math. Always asking questions and completing work accurately and on time. He also is a great presence to have in the classroom. He’s always the first one to offer help to any teacher or student. Truly a great student to have around.”
The son of Sadie Moore and Lee Moore of Merrill, Noah helps with pen turning for veterans at PRMS. He has been a Student of the Quarter in second quarter in the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades; received academic awards in the sixth and seventh grades; received a citizenship award in the seventh grade, and received an excellent attendance award in the seventh grade. He does volunteer work in the nursery at church and also volunteers to help his grandpa at the cabin and help cut wood.
Noah said he likes to work with wood and enjoys making objects with wood like pens, spinning tops, and bowls. He also likes to hunt and fish and said he is “always there to help” others.
