4-19-21
At 1:09 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the Probation and Parole Office to assist in taking a male party into custody for a probation violation. The male was arrested and transported to the jail where he was booked in on the probation violation.

At 11:23 a.m., officers were dispatched to a driving complaint where a vehicle was reported to have almost struck a highway worker. The vehicle was located, and a traffic stop was conducted. The female driver was found to be under the influence and was arrested for OWI.
At 3:02 p.m., officers responded to the roundabout for a two-vehicle crash. As a result of the crash, one vehicle was towed due to damage. Neither driver was injured during the crash.

At 6:52 a.m., a caller reported finding a marijuana smoking device at a park. An officer located the homemade device and disposed of it.
At 2:13 p.m., a male was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
At 2:58 p.m., a male was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
At 4:23 p.m., a female was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
At 6:35 p.m., a caller reported she thought someone had entered her residence while she was away after she found her door unsecured upon return. Nothing was missing or disturbed.
At 6:50 p.m., a caller reported he was cleaning out a residence and found a handgun he wished to turn over to an officer. It was found to be an airsoft gun and was discarded.

At 8:37 a.m., the Street Department reported finding a wallet lying along the street. An officer was able to determine the owner who later picked it up at the Police Department.
At 11:42 a.m., a crash was reported on E. 3rd St. A vehicle had left the roadway, striking a tree in someone’s yard. The driver was found slouched over in the vehicle and, when roused, was confused. He was found to have a methamphetamine pipe and methamphetamine in his pocket. He will be charged for operating with a restricted controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 9:38 a.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Thielman St. and Pine Ridge Ave. Neither driver was injured; however, one of the vehicles was towed due to damage.
At 11:01 p.m., a citizen located a vehicle key near the road and turned it in to the Police Department.
04-24-2021
At 9:10 a.m., an officer was dispatched to a hit-and-run crash. The driver stated that his vehicle was hit in a store parking lot days prior and he wished to make a report due to the extent of damage done to the vehicle. A request for video footage from the said store was made, and the officer is waiting on the video for further information. The investigation is ongoing.
At 11:17 p.m., an officer responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The officer made contact with both the reporting party and the suspect. The suspect stated he had consent to use the vehicle, while the reporting party stated they did not have consent. The suspect returned the vehicle, and it was determined that there was no theft that occurred.
