Maple Grove Charter School 2nd grader Marty Servi has been selected Student of the Week, for the week of Monday, December 7.
Son of Angie and Jim Servi, Marty was nominated by teacher Ms. Narloch; “Marty consistently demonstrates each one of our five C.R.I.S.P. traits. He puts a lot of care and attention into his
work, he is an active listener, and always follows directions. When asked to help someone, Marty never hesitates. He has many creative ideas to share with others when doing partner activities. Marty is a great example for others in the class.”
As Marty explains, his favorite subject in school is Social Studies; “Because you learn about maps. They show different places in the world. I want to travel to Madagascar.”
His favorite part of school is recess; “Because you get to run and play games.”
Someday, Marty would like to become an engineer; “Because you get to build machines like a computer.”
