Lattyak on “Plan While You Can: A checklist for Families Facing Dementia” from the legal and financial aspects, to thinking about care needs across the dementia journey, Transitions Home Health on “Enhancing the Lives of Seniors with Activity and “Music & Memory” with administrator Kris McGarigle.
