Public Safety Tribute: City of Merrill Police Department

The week of October 22, The Merrill Foto News published a special section as a Tribute to Public Safety: thanking all of the men and women of our local public safety agencies for their ongoing dedication to safeguarding the health and safety of all Lincoln County residents. On behalf of the Merrill Foto News and the Merrill Community, a heartfelt Thank You to the men and women of the Merrill Police Department.

The employees of the Merrill Police Department are committed to protecting life, property and maintaining order while assuring fair and equal treatment of all citizens. This is our mission.
We recognize that in order to accomplish our mission, we need to work for and with everyone in the Merrill Community. Citizen input is critical and so I ask that you let us know how we are doing. With your help, we can make sure that Merrill is a safe community and great place to live.
It is the vision of the Merrill Police Department to be continually recognized as a professional law enforcement agency that is responsive to community needs and whose employees are committed to serving the citizens of this community with pride.
