Live Sustainable presents Energy Conservation in the Home

Now that a cold spell has reminded people how much energy it takes to stay warm in Wisconsin winters, Kelly Zagrzebski of Wisconsin Public Service will give a free talk about the most effective ways to keep your energy consumption down during the heating months. Zagrzebski will discuss current standards and best practices in home insulation and sealing, furnace maintenance, and safe and efficient use of appliances. She will answer questions and give tips on how to lower your energy bill while maintaining a comfortable dwelling space. The program is presented by Live Sustainable Lincoln County ad will take place Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 6 p.m. at the Lincoln County Service Center, 808 N. Sales St., Room 156. The program is free and open to the public – you do not need to be a member of Live Sustainable to attend (although new members are always welcome).
