Frontier Communications announced this afternoon that some of its customers in Wisconsin may be experiencing phone and internet issues due to a fiber cut caused by construction.
This service interruption is affecting some, but not all, of residential and business customers in and around Lincoln, Oneida and Vilas counties.
“Frontier wants to assure customers that our crews have isolated the issue and are working as needed to restore service,” the public service announcement states. ” We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience during this service interruption.”
