July 4
3:31 p.m.- An officer investigated a burglary in the 1400 block of East Main Street. The suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

4:26 p.m.- An officer investigated a fraud complaint. The victim’s credit card was used without her permission. The suspect is identified and the investigation is ongoing.

10:13 p.m.- An officer arrested a male for an active arrest warrant and brought him to jail.

July 5
7:58 p.m.- An officer investigated a disorderly conduct complaint in the 1100 block of W. 10th St. As a result a female suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct.

July 6
1:03 p.m.- An officer responded to the Probation and Parole office to take a male party into custody for a probation violation. The male was transported to the jail.

7:29 p.m.- Officers responded to call of a male party in the roadway who appeared intoxicated. The male was located and was under the influence of an unknown substance. The male refused a ride anywhere from officers and stated he would go to a friend’s residence.

10:46 p.m.- Officers responded to a disorderly conduct complaint. The caller stated a male party broke his porch window and was lying in the roadway. The intoxicated male party was located in an alley and he had a large laceration to his wrist/arm. Officers tended to the injuries and called for an ambulance. The intoxicated male had leaned up against the window and the thin window broke causing his injuries. There was no criminal intent to cause damage.

11:04 p.m.- Officers responded to a disorderly conduct complaint. A mother had brought her 17-year-old daughter to the police department as she was out of control in the vehicle. The female was refusing to exit the vehicle and was yelling and cursing. She was told numerous times to lower her voice and stop cursing as residences in the area had windows open. The female continued to curse and yell and she was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. She refused to exit the vehicle and was drug out of the vehicle. She was also charged with resisting arrest.

July 7
3:02 a.m.- Officers responded to a shots fired complaint. Contact was made at the residence and an intoxicated male party stated he did fire a round off inside his residence after being assaulted by his sons. After an investigation, the male party who fired the weapon was arrested for endangering safety by intoxicated use of a firearm and domestic disorderly conduct while armed. Another male party was arrested for obstructing.
