The Merrill Baseball Association will have its annual parade this Saturday starting at 10:30 a.m. The parade and open house is presented by Stark GM, Stark Collision Center, Merrill Police and Fire Department, Chevy Baseball, and the Merrill Baseball Association.
The parade route will start at the Stark GM Collision center on South Center Avenue and go north on Center Avenue to the roundabout where it will turn west on East 1st Street and head westbound (becoming East 2nd Street) and then turn south on Polk Street by PRMS. The parade will turn back onto East 1st Street heading east until turning south on Scott Street by the BMO Harris Bank and then left onto East Main Street. It will head down Esat Main until the courthouse where it will turn back onto Center Avenue and head back to the GM Collision Center.
Stark GM Merrill will hold an open house after the parade (approximately 11:30 a.m./Noon) at the Stark GM dealership on Brandenburg Avenue (near the Friendship House off the County Q/US 51 exit).
The open house will include a “Tailgate Cook Out” with a fantastic “Baseball Themed Menu” right down to burgers, brats and dogs, sodas, chips, peanuts, and Cracker Jacks.
Stark will have unlimited vehicles available for test drives, and through the end of June with the Merrill Baseball Association receiving a donation per test-drive – this is a no pressure fundraiser for the Merrill Baseball Association.
“Ba$e Ball Buck$” gift cards are also available for Chip’s, Culver’s, Cosmo, 808 Studio, and Dairy Queen.
This free event is open to all families of the Merrill Baseball Association/Little League – Including Coach Pitch, Minors, Majors, Babe Ruth, and all High School, Legion, and Ranger teams.
