Margaret ?Marge? Luse

Margaret “Marge” Luse, 86, of 123 Railway St., Tomahawk, passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013 at Golden Living-Riverview Nursing Home in Tomahawk.
Marge was born on Sept. 17, 1927 in Merrill to Raymond and Linda (Albrecht) Bohnert. She was married to Harold W. Luse on Jan. 25, 1947 in Tomahawk, he passed away in March of 2004.
Marge always wanted to be working and didn’t officially retire until she was 75 years old. She was employed for 34 years as a cook and server for the Tomahawk School District. She had worked at the Hiawatha School, Washington School, and finally at the Tomahawk Elementary School. In her spare time, she worked at various businesses and homes as a housekeeper. Margaret enjoyed camping, berry picking, traveling, playing cards, and spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren.
Survivors include: three daughters, Beverley (John) Voermans, Tomahawk, Janet (David) Black, Merrill, Rose (Greg) Niemic, Tomahawk; two brothers, Donald Bohnert, Tomahawk, Paul “Jerry” (Alice) Bohnert, Tomahawk. Marge is further survived by eight grandchildren, David (Brenda) Black II, Jessica (Mike) Koehler, John (Maria Contarelli) Voermans, Andrew (Beth) Voermans, Grant (Bobbi) Voermans, Matthew Voermans, Jacob (Kendra) Niemic, and Justin (Chelle) Niemec. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, Dolly Jenkins, and Rose Hoff, and a special niece, Debbie Wolff. Marge was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, and three brothers.
Funeral Services for Margaret Luse will be held on Friday, Oct. 4, at 11 a.m., from Grace Lutheran Church. Rev. Mark Ziemer will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Krueger Family Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 4 until 7 p.m. and on Friday morning at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m.
