Deanna Marie Pilecky age 53, of Merrill, died unexpectedly on Mon, May 22, 2023 at her home. She was born on Aug 22, 1969 in Antigo, a daughter of Roger and Sharon (Robinson) Pilecky of Deerbrook. She graduated from Antigo High School in 1987. She received her Associates Degree in Accounting from North Central Technical College in 2005. Deanna was employed at Haven, Inc. in Merrill for the past 18 years. She started working the crisis line, then became the office manager from 2006 to 2019 and was currently the finance manager. She had a deep love for her family and friends. She was a proud Aunt who was a role model teaching her nieces and nephews how to be independent and the importance for bringing family together. She enjoyed time with family and friends which led to her planning and coordinated many gatherings. She also enjoyed watching science fiction movies.
Survivors include her parents; sister, Julie Pilecky of Wausau and Dawn Pilecky of Merrill; brothers, Roger (Mary) Pilecky of Windsor, Richard (Karen) Pilecky of Deerbrook, and Joe (Melissa) Pilecky of Merrill; and nieces and nephews, Megan, Michael, Anna, Zachary, Lydia and Evelyn. She is also survived by special friends, Dee Puyleart, Adam Rustick, and Nick Welnetz; and her God parents, Bob and Betsy Pilecky. She was preceded in death by a special friend, Roy Rustick.
