Rick Scott, the former owner of Skipper’s Restaurant, recently donated $2,470.63 to the Lincoln County Humane Society. “Thank you so much for this amazing act of kindness!” Liz said. The donation represents all of his proceeds from the publication and sale of the Skipper’s Commemorative Cookbook. Rick wants to thank everyone who purchased a cookbook and helped make this donation possible and all of the businesses who worked with him to enable people to sign up to to purchase the cookbook pre-publication and then get the cookbooks into the hands of those purchasers. This was truly a community effort!
