At 3:27 p.m. a hotel requested officers assist with a male who refused to leave the business. The male collected his belongings and departed upon officers’ arrival.
At 11:21 p.m. officers assisted with traffic control at the scene of a structure fire.

At 8:02 p.m. a caller reported a package was mis-delivered and now could not be located. The whereabouts of the package are currently unknown.
At 8:11 p.m. a caller reported a smashed vehicle in a store parking lot. Officers located the vehicle, which had significant front end damage and debris on the ground. The vehicle was unoccupied. Surveillance video was observed, which showed another vehicle struck the car and then left the scene. Officers will be attempting to identify the driver of that vehicle.

At 11:31 a.m. a crash was reported on E. 8th St. at Lake St. A driver did not see the stop sign on E. 8th St. and struck the vehicle on Lake St. The offending driver was cited for failure to stop at the stop sign, and a crash report was completed.
At 9:00 p.m. a caller reported a friend had overdosed on drugs. Upon arrival, the male was found without a pulse and was not breathing. CPR was performed, and the man was revived. He was found to be in possession of Fentanyl and was arrested for possession of a narcotic and several counts of bail jumping. Any other people who had been at the residence had fled prior to officers’ arrival. Additional drugs and paraphernalia were located, as well, and investigation is ongoing.
At 11:10 p.m. a caller reported finding an upset female sitting in the entryway of his apartment complex. The female stated her friends had abandoned her and she didn’t have a way back home. Arrangements were made to transport her to her boyfriend’s residence for the night, after phone contact was made with him.

At 12:25 p.m. a store reported a female concealing items in her pockets and opening merchandise. The female was cited for retail theft.
