Merrill Enrichment Center’s Fall Craft & Market Event will be held at the Merrill Enrichment Center (MEC), 303 N. Sales St. in Merrill, on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There is no admission charge.
Featuring 60+ vendor booths with a large variety of handmade jewelry, home décor, wood crafts, embroidered and quilted items, baked goods, soaps, lotions, seasonal and holiday decorations, and much more. Arts, crafts, and homemade/home grown items will be available for purchase.
“Whether you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind art piece, handmade fall crafts, or something unique to give during the holiday season, you’ll find it here,” said Vicki Gaedtke, Marketing/Program Coordinator of MEC. “Each year, our goal is to add new vendors to this event.”
MEC’s craft shop will be open and vendors will be set up throughout the Expo and Steckling buildings, located on Merrill Festival Grounds.
Polka Dotted Pie, a Merrill favorite, will be in the kitchen serving food to hungry shoppers. Menu items include roast beef and chicken salad croissant sandwiches, chicken bacon ranch spinster wraps, baked mac and cheese, along with their signature cold brew and flavored iced teas.
“Many of our vendors live in Merrill and surrounding areas, and by shopping locally, you are directly contributing to Merrill’s local community and supporting small businesses,” Gaedtke said. “Local shopping is crucial to our continued growth because the success of local businesses attracts and encourages other entrepreneurs to do business here.”
