Schlegel graduates from St. Norbert College

Gabrielle Schlegel of Gleason was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Norbert College at their commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 15, at 11:00 a.m., held outdoors on the college’s De Pere, Wis., campus.
Founded in 1898, St. Norbert College is a private, Catholic, liberal arts college located in De Pere, Wisconsin, just outside of Green Bay. Recent years have seen record enrollments and unprecedented investments in the St. Norbert College campus.

Ives graduates from Western Technical College

Leonna Ives of Merrill graduated from Western Technical College in LaCrosse from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program in May 2022.

Three students from Merrill graduate from UW-Milwaukee

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee held a commencement ceremony on May 22, 2022, and three graduates from Merrill received their degrees:
• Michael Baumann, Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business, Master of Business Administration
• Brandon Clausen, Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business, Bachelor of Business Administration
• Shania Hornischer, Helen Bader School of Social Welfare, Bachelor of Science
UWM is the second largest university in the State of Wisconsin, with over 22,000 undergraduate and graduate students.

Two area students named to Dean’s List at St. Norbert College

Gabrielle Schlegel of Gleason and Elizabeth Hartson of Merrill were named to the 2022 spring semester Dean’s List at St. Norbert College. A minimum 3.5 grade point average is required for academic eligibility.

Heinz named to Dean’s List at Winona State

Jaida Heinz of Merrill has been named to the Dean’s List at Winona State University in Minn. for Spring Semester 2022. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must be an undergraduate enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours for a grade) and achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5.
