NCHC and NCCSP Board announce resignation of Interim CEO/CFO Jill Meschke

On Jan. 21, North Central Health Care (NCHC) and the North Central Community Services Program (NCCSP) Board announced the resignation of Jill Meschke, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of NCHC effective Mar. 31, 2022. NCHC manages Pine Crest Nursing Home in Merrill.
“The NCCSP Board would like to acknowledge Meschke’s hard work and efforts, thank her for her contributions to the organization, and wish her well in her new opportunity outside the Central Wisconsin area,” a press release from NCHC said.
“Jill joined NCHC at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and her leadership has been instrumental during these challenging times. On behalf of the NCCSP Board, I want to extend our sincere thanks for Jill’s hard work and dedication. We wish her and her family all the best in their future endeavors,” said NCCSP Board Chair, Kurt Gibbs in that release.
“The NCCSP Board and NCHC Executive Leadership Team are committed to the successful transition of leadership and are actively engaged in formulating a transition plan to ensure the continued success of NCHC,” the release further stated.
On. Jan. 24, the Agenda for a Jan. 26 meeting of the Executive Committee of the NCCSPB was released, and “Discussion and next steps for recruitment of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer” was on that Agenda.
According to the release, Meschke joined NCHC in March 2020 as CFO and was appointed to the joint role of Interim CEO/CFO in May 2021.
“Serving NCHC has been my immense pleasure,” Meschke said, per the release. “The organization is fortunate to have compassionate and dedicated people at all levels and opportunities abound for a bright future for the organization.”
