Raymond and Marilyn Zastrow of Spring Brook Ave., Merrill, were honored with the Century Farm Award at the 2021 Wisconsin State Fair on Aug. 10, 2021. Hillshire Farm and Compeer Financial recognized 84 Century Farm families, of which the Zastrows were one.
The Century Farm Awards Program started in 1948 as part of Wisconsin’s Centennial Celebration and honors families who have had continuous ownership of their Wisconsin farm or home for 100 years or more. More than 9,700 Century Farms have been honored as a part of the program since its inception.
