Florence Regina Gerbig, 79, of Gleason, Wisconsin passed away on November 24, 2021 in Weston, Wisconsin. She was born on July 19, 1942 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin to Anton and Elizabeth Herek Kropidlowski.
She enjoyed 52 years of marriage to her husband Roger Gerbig. Florence was a religious woman who loved Jesus, her family, and her farm. She farmed her entire life and cared for her cats and puppy. Florence will be remembered as a very loving and generous woman who was very good at listening to others.
Florence is survived by her husband Roger Gerbig, children: Lynn (Dave)Kucirek, Claudette Forster, Scott (Jennifer) Gerbig, and Robert Gerbig, brother: John Kropidlowski, 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and 8 siblings.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 11:30 am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Gleason, Wisconsin. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Waid Funeral Home and again on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also at the funeral home. Interment will take place at St. John Baptist Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Schley.
