08-23-2021
At 11:02 a.m. an officer responded to the Probation and Parole Office to take a male party into custody for a probation violation. The male was arrested and transported to the jail.
At 8:20 p.m. officers were dispatched to a domestic incident involving a physical altercation between a male and female party. The female stated she was pushed to the ground by the male party, causing her to fall and causing injury. The male party was arrested for domestic related battery and taken to jail.

At 8:00 a.m. officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle that had the wrong license plates on it. Officers were able to locate the suspicious vehicle at the Merrill Hydro Dam. Upon making contact with the vehicle, officers located a male and a female party. Officers ran the parties through dispatch, and it was found that the female had a warrant through Probation and Parole. The female was arrested on the warrant and taken to jail.
At 9:01 p.m. an officer responded to a garbage dumping complaint in reference to some tires being dumped at an abandoned residence. The tires were located at the residence and documented. The investigation is ongoing.

At 1:13 a.m. a hotel reported a guest was brandishing a knife in the hotel and appeared under the influence of drugs. Officers made contact with the man, who was clearly under the influence of drugs. He denied being armed with a knife; however, a knife and his shoes were found on the floor in the hotel which he claimed were his. Contact was made at the room to ensure the safety of those inside. A female answered the door and invited officers inside. Officers observed drugs and paraphernalia inside the room. The female also was clearly under the influence of drugs and was found to be seven months pregnant. She was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping. A warrant was obtained to conduct a blood draw and additional charges of child abuse may be forthcoming pending the results of analysis of her blood.
At 10:47 a.m. a caller reported finding a syringe lying on the ground. The officer located two syringes at the location and properly disposed of them.
08-27-2021
At 3:57 a.m. an officer located a suspicious vehicle in Riverside Park with two occupants. The officer made contact with the two parties and identified them. The male and female party were both found to have a no-contact order with each other. Both parties were arrested for the bond violation for violating the no-contact order.
At 4:42 p.m. officers responded to a domestic incident involving two roommates. It was determined that the roommates were in an argument when a physical altercation occurred, resulting in one roommate hitting and scratching the other. The suspect was located and arrested for domestic related disorderly conduct.
08-28-2021
At 11:38 a.m. officers were called to an apartment building for a report of two parties with warrants. Officers arrived and were able to locate a female party inside the apartment. The female was found to have a warrant through Missouri. The female party was taken into custody on the warrant. Officers attempted to locate the other male party with the warrant but were unsuccessful.
At 9:34 p.m. officers responded to a residence for a report of an unknown male party being inside the bathroom within the residence. Officers arrived and located an intoxicated male party sleeping inside the bathroom. The male had damaged property while inside the bathroom, as well. The male was arrested for criminal trespass to dwelling and criminal damage to property.

At 4:45 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on a female party for a speeding violation. The female driver was cited for speed.
At 8:19 p.m. officers responded to a hotel for a bail jumping complaint. Officers located a female party who was taken into custody for bail jumping. Officers transported the female party to the Lincoln County Jail.
