Merrill Police and Fire Departments host Community Night Out
9th annual event features area services and agencies, food, and fun
The 9th Annual Merrill Community Night Out will be held Tuesday, August 24, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., rain or shine, at the Merrill Festival Grounds and Expo Hall.
The Merrill Police and Fire Departments are once again hosting the event.
Agencies represented and participating in this event include the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Merrill Parks and Recreation, Merrill Enrichment Center, T.B. Scott Library, Merrill Street Department, Merrill Water Utility, Merrill Transit System, Lincoln County Crime Stoppers, NTC Public Safety Center, Lincoln County Health Department, Ascension Good Samaritan Hospital, and others. This is an opportunity for community members to learn more about so many of the services and agencies that keep the community safe and functioning and provide care for community members.
The event is open to all and will include free food, activities, and fun with music provided by Bluejay 96.3 Radio.
Free bus rides will be available from the Merrill-Go-Round to and from the event. Reservations for bus rides must be made before 4:00 p.m. the day of the event by calling 715-536-7112.
