07-20-2021
At 8:38 a.m. an officer responded to a residence and met with an individual who reported that it appeared someone had attempted to steal the catalytic converter on his vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
07-21-2021
At 3:25 p.m. an officer responded to Riverside Park for a property damage complaint. It was found that one of the pieces of playground equipment had been damaged after a vehicle had attempted to pull the equipment out of the ground. The investigation is ongoing.
07-22-2021
At 4:37 a.m. an officer responded to a female party asking for assistance at the Lincoln County Jail. Officers were able to locate the female and it was found that the female was trying to get to her son’s residence. The female was found to have a warrant through Probation and Parole. The female was arrested on the warrant and taken to jail.
At 4:40 p.m. an officer responded to the Probation and Parole Office to take a party into custody on a probation hold. The party was arrested and transported to the Jail.

At 8:14 a.m. a caller reported someone had thrown eggs at his vehicle sometime overnight.
At 9:24 a.m. a business reported finding a counterfeit $100 bill in their till.
At 7:15 p.m. a fight was reported in a business parking lot. The suspect had fled prior to officers’ arrival. It was found a motorist’s friend had questioned another driver about not using their turn signal which prompted that person to strike him in the neck. A female companion had also slapped the man and kicked his wife. The female was arrested for disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping. The female provided a name for the male who had fled. Further investigation to be completed.
At 7:35 p.m. a male was cited for shoplifting after he had eaten food inside of a convenience store and was unable to pay for it.
07-25-21
At 3:10 p.m. a caller reported conversing with a female who had made threats to kill two ex-boyfriends. An officer spoke to the female and determined the threat was not credible.
At 8:04 p.m. an officer was patrolling past a tavern and observed a small group of people yelling and arguing. It was found some patrons had been kicked out after starting problems with other patrons and continued their arguing and yelling among themselves in the parking lot. Another group exited which caused further arguing. The problematic people were removed from the scene by a sober driver.
