Plan ahead to take alternate routes

Lincoln County Highway Commissioner, John Hanz, has advised that Lincoln County roads will be closed for repairs and maintenance as follows. Please plan ahead to take alternate routes, as roads will be closed to thru traffic and detours will be in place.
• CTH E Wisconsin River Bridge in the Town of Rock Falls – Closed starting June 7, 2021, for 30 days for bridge deck repairs and pier repairs.
The following County Roads will be closed for chip sealing approximately June 14 – 23:
June 14
• CTH CCC in the Town of Russell – the Entire Road (1.98 miles)
• CTH JJ – in the Town of Merrill from Pier Street to Ash Road (5 miles)
June 15
• CTH C – in the Town of Schley from STH 17 to Langlade County (7.87 Miles)
June 16
• CTH M in the Town of Corning from STH 64 to Taylor County (12.59 Miles)
June 23
• CTH R in the Town of Merrill from CTH K to Termini (4.43 Miles)
