MAPS BOE accepts donations

The following donations were accepted at the Mar. 17 Merrill Area Public Schools (MAPS) Board of Education (BOE) Meeting:
A new parka from Mike Menshing for someone in need in the Merrill Schools valued at $90.00; a toy firefighter, car, and police ramp from Ashley Zajackowski valued at $25.00 for learning about careers and pretend play at Pine River School for Young Learners; and 170 masks, 6 tuba covers, 7 baritone covers, 10 French horn covers, 40 trombone covers, and 70 trumpet and saxophone covers from Robin Buerger valued at $793.93 for the PRMS Band Program for them to continue playing band instruments and music safely.
