Harold “Harry” B. Tillman, 89, of Ephrata, Washington, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at his home. Harry was born on March 22, 1931, in Phelps, Wisconsin. He was the younger of two sons born to the late John E. Tillman and the late Gertrude Tillman.
