Jefferson School kindergartener, Jasmine Hoff, has been named Student of the Week of Jan. 21. Her teacher, Ms. Schaetzl, nominated her, saying, “Jasmine strives to do her best each day. She is kind, caring, and respectful, which makes her a great role model for her peers. Everyday, Jasmine pays attention, follows directions, and participates in class. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she just loves being a kid! Jasmine is a joy to have in class! Way to go Jasmine for being a Star Student – You earned it!”
When asked about the things she likes best, Jasmine says her favorite subjects in school are “Phy Ed because you get to run around, and Reading because you get to read.” Her favorite part of school is: “Specials, because you get to do stuff,” Jasmine says. Some day, Jasmine wants to “Be a ballerina because you get to lead a dance.”
Jasmine is the daughter of Stacey and David Hoff.
