Looking for COVID-safe entertainment in the Merrill area this holiday season? Take a drive around town to tour the Merrill Christmas lights on homes and businesses for a safe family activity with your immediate family members.
Some sections of town seem to have more holiday lights up on the outside of their homes than ever, while others sport inflatable characters including Santa and other favorites. Sparkling snowmen and snowflakes, holiday wreaths, and Christmas nativities can also be found on lawns and in yards. And don’t forget the downtown businesses that have lit displays in their windows.
Perhaps it was the warmer weather this fall that enabled more residents to put up more lights. Or perhaps people just want to spread a little more cheer during a difficult year this Christmas. But either way, don’t forget to take a tour of our town after dark to enjoy the sparkle and glow and get into the holiday mood.
