John T. North, 64, of Merrill, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at The Bay at Colonial Manor under the care of hospice services. John was born June 5, 1956, in Fargo, North Dakota, son of the late Winfred and Solange (Anderson) North. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and two Associate’s Degrees during his post high school education. John had worked in car sales, maintenance at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Good Samaritan Health Center, and repairing small engines. John had a deep love for cars and everything related to engines.
Survivors include his sons, Jonathon North of Phoenix, Arizona and Michael North of Middlesex, New Jersey; sister, Michele North Shay (Brian Shay) of Sandpoint, Idaho; and four nephews, Brian, Jr., Brandon, Stephen, and Matthew Shay. John was preceded in death by his parents, Winfred and Solange North.
