Sandra M. Ebner, 71, of Merrill, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer. Sandy was born March 28, 1949, in Merrill, daughter of the late Lester and Eleanor (Hahn) Baumann. She married ‘the love of her life’ Dennis W. Ebner on October 21, 1972, in Merrill. Sandy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Merrill, attended Merrill Senior High School, and studied accounting at NTC, Wausau. Sandy’s working career included 35 years as the office manager at Merrill Foto News. Sandy enjoyed reading, flower gardening, fishing, and supporting the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers football teams. Most of all, Sandy loved spending time with her husband while enjoying their favorite fishing spots.
Sandy is survived by her husband Dennis Ebner, Merrill; two daughters, Michelle Skidmore, Wausau and Angela (John) Chatham, Salt Lake City, Utah; grandson Justin Feck of Wausau, granddaughter Cassandra Feck (with fiancé, Alex Zaleski) also of Wausau, and granddaughter Tyler Chatham, Salt Lake City, Utah; and her brother, Gary Baumann of Kentucky; along with other relatives and friends.
