May 5
At 11:04 a.m., an officer investigated a report of graffiti. The investigation is ongoing.

May 6
At 1:37 p.m. it was reported that someone had damaged the soda machine at the River Bend Trail Agra pavilion. It appeared someone had kicked the machine which damaged lighting and electrical components inside the machine.

At 10:11 p.m. a caller reported receiving threatening voice messages from his ex-girlfriend’s current boyfriend. The officer listened to the messages in which the current boyfriend threatens physical harm to the ex-boyfriend. The current boyfriend was cited.

May 7
At 5:22 p.m. a caller reported someone stole the title for her vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.

At 9:59 p.m. a caller reported receiving a phone call from her son screaming at her to call the police because there was a physical altercation at their residence. It was further reported that the involved male may be armed with a handgun. Officers knew the male to have a warrant for his arrest through Probation & Parole. It was further found the male had punched his girlfriend earlier and they were now inside of the residence. Officers set up a perimeter around the residence and while awaiting Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team the male and female exited the residence. The male was taken into custody for the warrant. Officers located the handgun which was found to be stolen. A quantity of methamphetamine was located on scene as well as drug paraphernalia. The male was additionally charged for felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, battery and bail jumping. Drug charges are pending.

May 9
At 9:27 a.m. a caller reported spray paint graffiti on the Nicholas Bridge along the River Bend Trail. The investigation is still ongoing.

At 1:30 p.m. a burglary was reported, where a garage was entered and two bikes were taken. The burglary was said to have happened approximately a week prior. The investigation is still ongoing.

At 3:32 p.m. a hit and run vehicle crash was reported. The vehicle was said to be possibly struck at Walmart or the caller’s residence. The investigation is ongoing.

At 9:36 p.m. a caller reported graffiti spray painted on their garage door. The investigation is still ongoing.
