Thursday morning, May 7, the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department announced the re-opening of all county campgrounds and toilet facilities, as well the opening of all summer recreation trails, effective noon, Friday, May 8. Trails include the Underdown Recreation Area as well as the Harrison Hills ATV trail system. While campgrounds are now open, all playground equipment remains off-limits for public use, until further notice.
