Lemmon named PRMS February Youth Optimist of the Month
The Optimist of the Month for February, Bridger Lemmon, was nominated by his teacher, Mr. Schult.
Mr. Schult comments, “Bridger leads by example each and every day. He does so academically and as a respectful student and peer. He is always looking to participate to check his understanding of concepts and skills learned in class. When tackling an assignment or project, Bridger thinks outside of the box and challenges himself to exceed expectations and always complete high quality work. I have no doubt that Bridger will be successful in any field he chooses as he continues on to high school.”
The son of Farrah and Chris Lemmon, Bridger participates in match counts, social-norms, yearbook club, forensics and as a manager on the wrestling team. In the past, Bridger has won student of the quarter and has had high and highest honors throughout his middle school career.
In our community, Bridger rings bells for the Salvation Army, participates in food drives, bowling league and leaf raking for the home bound.
Bridger lists his personal qualities and talents as someone who loves to cook, dreams to be a food scientist, chemist or teacher and considers himself good at math, science and social studies.
