Jefferson Elementary 5th grader Paige Byer has been selected Student of the Week, for the week of March 23.
Daughter of Bret & Stephanie Byer of Merrill, Paige was nominated by teacher Lindsey Breheim.
“Paige always brings the right balance of hard work ethic, a kind demeanor, and silly, fun perspective to each class,” Breheim explains.
“She looks for ways to help out and is always ready to step up to a challenge.”
As Paige explains, her favorite subject in school is Art and reading; “I love to be creative in art. I love reading because I like how stories are interesting and take you into a whole new world.’
Paige’s favorite part of school is seeing her friends and the awesome school staff.
Someday, Paige would like to become a Marine Biologist; “Because I love animals.”
