Neske named Student of the Week
Maple Grove Charter School Kindergartener Autumn Neske has been selected as Student of the Week, for the week of March 9.
Daughter of Annette and Clayton Neske, Autumn was nominated by teacher Mrs. Artus.
“Autumn is a delightful little girl who brings joy and sunshine to Maple Grove School even during the cloudiest days! She lights up the room and hallways with a sincere, robust, “Good Morning!” to everyone she meets!” Artus explains.
“Academically, Autumn excels in all of the Kindergarten core subjects. She always tries to do her best and uses the instructional tools she is learning in Kindergarten before asking for help. Autumn is a true class leader, using her character traits of Craftsmanship, Respect, Integrity, Stewardship and Perseverance, not only to always do the right thing, but show and help her classmates do the right thing. Autumn’s positive attitude toward everything she encounters makes her a powerful asset to her Kindergarten class and the Maple Grove School!”
As Autumn explains, her favorite part of school is music class; “Because we get to sing a lot and I love to sing!”
Autumn’s favorite subject in school is math; “I am really good at math, you learn so much.”
Someday, Autumn would like to become a singer or a doctor, so she can help someone.
