The Optimist of the Month for December, Lacey Frisch, was nominated by her teacher, Mrs. Lynn Marrier.
Mrs. Marrier comments, “Lacey is a very responsible and dedicated student. She consistantly goes the extra mile to do her best. Lacey is cheerful, friendly, hard-working and respectful. She is considerate of others and goes out of her way to make others feel included. She is a positive influence on others and makes school a better place for those around her.” The daughter of Mary and Chris Frisch, Lacey is a member of the PRMS volleyball team, trap team and student council. In the past Lacey has earned Student of the Quarter, a trap award and has been on the honor roll multiple times.
In our community, Lacey enjoys helping the staff at Washington Elementary, volunteering at King Veterans home, raising money for Relay for Life and helping others get there work done at school.
Lacey describes herself as kind and respectful, someone who always tries their best and always tries to help people feel better when they’re feeling down.
