Jefferson Elementary Kindergartener Emily Chula has been named Student of the Week for the week of November 4.
Daughter of Michael and Amber Chula of Merrill, Emily was nominated by her teacher Mrs. Hein.
As Hein explains, “Emily is a caring and responsible Kindergartener. She tries her best each day. She is kind and respectful to everyone. She makes our classroom a happy and safe place to learn and grow”
According to Emily, her favorite subject in school is math, “I love to learn about math because we learn about things with numbers. My favorite part of school is snack time, because we eat and chat with our friends.”
When she gets older, Emily would like to someday work at Kwik Trip, like her mom.
