In accordance with WI State Statute 301.46(2m), it has been determined the following information on Louis Bosinske should be released to the local media. On 11/5/2019, Mr. Bosinske will be released to Community Supervision administered by the WI Department of Corrections. He is NOT wanted by law enforcement at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
Sex Offenders have always lived in our communities; but is was not until the WI Sex Offender Registry and Community Notification Law was enacted that law enforcement was able to share this information with the community.

08/07/2007 3rd Degree Sexual Assault Lincoln County
Release Date: On 11/5/2019, Mr. Bosinske will be released back to Lincoln County, which was his county of residence at the time of his conviction. Mr. Bosinske will be on supervision with the WI Department of Corrections until 9/18/2024. Upon release, Mr. Bosinske will be placed on Intensive Supervision, and will be subject to the WI Department of Corrections Global Positioning System (GPS). Mr. Bosinske will be required to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program. The WI Sex Offender Registry can be located at www.widocoffenders.org.
Offense Summary: In both cases, Mr. Bosinske sexually assaulted two adult female acquaintances.
