Maple Grove Charter School fourth grader Elsie Baumann has been selected as this week’s student of the week, nominated by Ms. Schultz.
Elsie is the daughter of Kent and Tonya Baumann
As Ms. Schultz explains, “Elsie is kind, friendly, and strives to do well. She enjoys reading. She is quick to befriend new students, welcoming them to class. She wants to do well and has great traits as a learner.”
According to Elsie, her favorite subject in school is Art. “It is fun, exciting and I like to draw things.
“Lunch is my favorite part of school. The food is delicious and I get to see my friends in other classes,” she adds.
Elsie would like to become a teacher some day, “I want to teach 3rd or 4th grade.”
